Carrot juice . . . the perfect juice to transition into Fall.  That bright orange color that pours out of the juicer just screams Fall.
And what could be a more simple juice to make?  My point exactly.  We all want easy.  So grab some carrots and start juicing.

It is a great juice to use as a base for adding in other juices.  However, straightforward carrot juice . . . easy and a favorite.  Carrots are naturally sweet so it can help with sugar cravings.  Perfect midday “pick me up”.  Drink the juice on an empty stomach for the ideal absorption of concentrated nutrients.  If you are feeling the chill of Fall, add in a bit of ginger to instantly help warm you up.

Carrot juice is an energizing and healthy drink.  There is a lot written about the amazing health benefits of carrot juice.  It’s bright orange color is due to it being a rich source of the anti-oxidant beta-carotene. It is high in vitamin A, C, calcium, potassium, magnesium, iron and phosphorus.
Such a simple juice and known to help with a whole array of health issues including acne, anemia, asthma, cancer, cholesterol, fertility, immune function, metabolism, ulcers and vision.  WOW . . . a glass of carrot juice does the whole body good!
