My approach to healthy living involves exploring how ALL areas of your life are connected. Together we will work to identify what is creating imbalance in your life and develop a deeper understanding of the food and lifestyle choices that work best for you. Everything Рa healthy diet, our relationships, regular physical activity, a spiritual practice Рhas the potential to feed us. I am a strong believer in bio-individuality Рthat each of us has our own unique food and lifestyle needs. Our goal is to create a personalized program that fits your unique needs in order to reach your goals. It is important to realize that this is challenging work, but I am here to support you 100%.  Your effort and willingness are essential for sustainable change.
