The weather is getting colder and the seasons are changing! With all these changes comes the ebb and flow of the cold and flu seasons! It is natural to get a few sniffles and have some aches while the seasons change, but the earth can also provide us with the tools to heal ourselves. Loving that!
So, here is a favorite “heal-all” warm drink. It is Honey Tea! But remember to deliver it with a huge dose of vitamin L (L is for Love)! Love seems to help heal most everything!
Simply place a slice of lemon, a slice of ginger and a teaspoon of honey in a mug. Pour boiling water over the top, stir, drink and enjoy!
